Shipping & Collection Policy

Order fulfilment
Gnarly SA offers made-to-order T-shirts and the Faith and Khaos accessory collections. Collection arrangements must be confirmed with your order.
T-shirt production time
Allow 4–5 working days until your made-to-order T-shirt is ready for collection. This is a production and collection-ready timeframe, not a courier delivery promise. There is no minimum T-shirt order quantity.
Collection
Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it. Contact us to agree the collection location and arrangements before travelling. Keep your order number available when collecting.
Aramex delivery — capped at R99
Delivery is via Aramex, with a delivery fee capped at R99 per order. This is a per-order delivery charge, not a per-item charge. Delivery is separate from the product subtotal and will be shown with the final order total before payment.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are handled on working days. Courier transit times, where applicable, are separate from T-shirt production time and depend on the service and destination. Any delivery estimate will be communicated with the confirmed delivery option.
Tracking
Where a tracked courier service is used, tracking details will be supplied after dispatch. Please ensure that your contact and delivery information is correct.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
If an order is delayed, contact us using your order confirmation so we can investigate. If an item arrives damaged, please report it promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs of the parcel and item. This reporting request does not restrict your statutory rights.
